摘要
目的探讨奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗部分性癫痫患者的临床疗效。方法选取辽宁省盘锦市中心医院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的60例部分性癫痫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组应用托吡酯、奥卡西平治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组患者的药物临床效果与不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组言语智商(VIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)、提取总智商(FIQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脑电图改善率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦应治疗部分性癫痫患者临床效果显著,可降低不良反应发生率,减轻患者智力受损。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of patients with partial epilepsy. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, a total of sixty patients with partial epilepsy admitted to the Outpatient Department of Neurology in Panjin Central Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected as the research objects and they were divided into an observation group(thirty cases) and a control group(thirty cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with topiramate and carbamazepine. Based on this, the observation group was treated withopiramate and carbamazepine plus levetiracetam. The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of verbal IQ(VIQ), operational IQ(PIQ), and total IQ extracted(FIQ) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total improvement rate of electroencephalogram(EEG) in the observation group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(73.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of oxcarbazepine and levetiracetam in the treatment of patients with partial epilepsy has obvious clinical effect, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the intellectual damage of patients.
