摘要
国家药品不良反应监测系统应该是连接医院和医疗器械生产企业发展的纽带,但是由于监测平台并不完善,国家监管部门、医院及器械生产厂家存在脱节现象,本文以我院医疗器械不良事件上报实际情况为例,针对医疗器械不良反应监测平台存在的问题浅谈几点建议,以期对完善平台建设有所帮助。
The national ADR monitoring system should be the link between the hospital and the development of medical device manufacturers,but because the monitoring platform is not perfect,the national regulatory authorities,hospitals and device manufacturers are disconnected.This paper takes the actual situation of adverse event reporting of medical devices in our hospital as an example,aiming at the problems of the ADR monitoring platform of medical devices I hope it will help to improve the platform construction.
