离子色谱法测定水中无机阴离子检测条件的优化与探索 被引量:8

摘要 离子色谱法用于测定地表水、地下水、工业废水和生活污水中6种可溶性无机阴离子(F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,NO3^-,PO4^3-,SO4^2-),具有快速方便、灵敏度高、选择性好、可多组分同时测定的优点。本研究就近几年工作中在杨凌环境监测站和陕西地调院两个不同系统中对该方法检测条件进行优化探究,淋洗液使用Na2 CO34.5mmol/L^NaHCO30.8mmol/L,6种阴离子在25min内全部出峰,峰型完整,分离效果最佳。使用蒸馏水、市售娃哈哈纯净水作为实验用水可达到与Ⅰ级去离子水同样的实验效果。 Ion chromatography was used for determination of six kinds of soluble inorganic anions(F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,NO3^-,PO4^3-,SO4^2-)in surface water,groundwater,industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.The detection conditions of this method,which were used in two different systems of Yangling environmental monitoring station and Shaanxi geological survey institute in recent years,were optimized.Using Na2CO34.5 mmol/L-NaHCO30.8 mmol/L as eluent,the separation effect of the six anions was the best.Using distilled water and Wahaha pure water as experimental water can obtain the same experimental effect as grade I deionized water.This method has the advantages of fast and convenient,high sensitivity,good selectivity and can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple components.
