鲜食枣‘麻姑1号’枣吊光合及叶绿素荧光特性 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】从光合特性及叶绿素荧光特性方面了解木质化枣吊优异结果特性的调控机制,为南方鲜食枣新品种的选育提供参考。【方法】以1年生鲜食枣新品种‘麻姑1号’木质化枣吊叶片与非木质化枣吊叶片为材料,研究其光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数的差异及光响应曲线的变化。【结果】木质化枣吊的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQY)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)和最大净光合速率(Pnmax)均高于非木质化枣吊,非木质化枣吊的光补偿点(LCP)更高;木质化枣吊的PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)、光能光化学耗散比率(RP)及光能非光化学耗散比率(RN)更高;初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)及天线热耗散比率(RD)更低。在同一光强条件下,木质化枣吊的PSⅡ实际光合量子产量(YⅡ)、PSⅡ有效光合量子产量(Fv′/Fm′)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和表观电子传递速率(ETR)比非木质化枣吊高;木质化枣吊光响应曲线的拟合参数最大,电子传递速率(ETRmax)、初始斜率(α)、半饱和光强(IK)均高于非木质化枣吊。【结论】‘麻姑1号’木质化枣吊具有更高的光能利用率和光合潜能,PSⅡ光合活性更强,且更耐强光,在实际生产中更能适应环境,产量更高。 【Objective】The excellent result performance of lignification jujube fruit branch according to photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics were revealed for breeding new variety of fresh jujube in South China.【Method】The photosynthetic parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and the changes of light response curves were studied in the leaves of lignified jujube fruit branch and non-lignified jujube fruit branch of 1-year jujube variety‘Maegu 1’for fresh fruits.【Result】The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),light saturation point(LSP),apparent quantum efficiency(AQY),dark respiration rate(Rd)and maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax)of lignified jujube fruit branch were all higher than that of non-lignified ones,while the light compensation point(LCP)of non-lignified fruit branch was higher than that of lignifying ones.Lignified jujube fruit branch PSⅡshowed higher maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),PSⅡpotential photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fo),photochemical photochemistry dissipation(RP)and light energy dissipation(RN);and showed lower initial fluorescence(Fo),maximum fluorescence(Fm),variable fluorescence(Fv),non-photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)and antenna heat dissipation percentage(RD).Under the same light intensity,lignified jujube fruit branch PSⅡshowed higher actual photosynthetic quantum yield(YⅡ),PSⅡeffective photosynthetic quantum yield(Fv′/Fm′),coefficient of photochemical quenching(qP)and apparent electron transport rate(ETR)compared with non-lignified jujube fruit branch;The maximum electron transfer rate(ETRmax),initial slope(α),half-fullness and light intensity(IK)of the fitting parameters of the light response curve were all higher than that of the non-lignified jujube fruit branch.【Conclusion】‘Magu 1’lignified jujube fruit branch has higher light utilization rate and photosynthetic potential,with stronger PSⅡphotosynthetic activity and tolerance ability under strong light,and can adapt to the environment better with higher yield in the actual production.
