摘要
随着全国城市化进程的加快和区域经济的飞速发展,大城市的城市新区地下空间如何开发与利用的问题变得越来越凸显,特别是轨道交通站点的周边地块地下空间综合开发变得尤为重要。本文着重从国土空间总体规划中地下空间专项规划的角度来分析城市新区地下空间开发与利用如何与轨道交通站点相结合,最终达到综合开发利用的效果,提升周边土地价值,营造舒适便捷的生活环境。
With the rapid urbanization and the rapid development of regional economic,Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone has entered a new stage of rapid development and the overall city plans has already been made. In order to fully implement the overall plan and adapt the city develop, the various specific plans have been compiled. Underground space plan is one of these specific plans.
