摘要
针对传统的开关柜弧光保护效果不佳的问题,基于电子传感技术提出固定分隔式低压开关柜弧光保护方法。利用弧光传感器获取开关柜的中性点连接,计算得到开关柜中的弧光电流值;计算涡流损耗在开关柜内部的热量值,利用所设置的跳断路器控制开关柜内线路的跳断。以一定参数的固定分隔式低压开关柜为试验对象,连接弧光产生装置。结果表明,该文方法与传统方法相对比,前者的平均弧光保护数值为1205.2 lx,数值最大,且开关柜中产生的热量差数值较小。
Aiming at the problem that the arc protection effect of traditional switch-gear is not good,a fixed partition arc protection method for low voltage switch-gear is proposed based on electronic sensing technology.The arc light sensor is used to obtain the neutral point connection of the switch cabinet,the arc current value in the switch cabinet is calculated.The heat value of eddy current loss in the switch cabinet is calculated,and the circuit breaker is used to control the circuit break in the switch cabinet.The fixed separated low voltage switch cabinet with certain parameters is taken as the test object,and the arc light generation device is connected.The results show that compared with the traditional method,the average arc protection value of the former method is 1205.2 lx with the largest value,and the heat difference value generated in the switch cabinet is small.
