摘要
我国医学院校食品卫生与营养学专业学生的就业问题非常严峻,如何进行该专业人才培育模式改革已成为亟待解决的难题。文章在分析西部高等医学院校该专业毕业生就业现状的基础上,提出了提高专业影响力、创新多元化人才培养模式、加强实习基地建设、培养专业教师团队等对策。
The employment of food hygiene and nutrition majors in medical colleges in China is very serious.How to carry out the talent cultivation model reform of this major has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of employment status of the graduates of this major in western medical colleges,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of increasing professional influence,innovating diversified talent cultivation models,strengthening the practice base construction,and training professional teaching staff.
