多直流送端送出枢纽区域稳控系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 直流工程相继投产后,云南电网形成多回直流通过同一交流外送通道送出的网架,交流通道成为多回直流送端的枢纽,原有的区域稳控系统无法适应新的运行特性和风险,安全稳定控制策略动作难以有效消除风险,甚至引入新的运行隐患。本文分析了多直流送端送出枢纽区域运行风险,提出了该类枢纽区域稳控系统的设计,并实际应用于云南黄坪区域稳控系统改造。该设计能有效防范多直流送端送出枢纽区域的各类运行风险,对同类区域稳控系统的设计具有参考意义。 As a result of prosperous development of HVDC transmission,multiple HVDC sending systems have been transmitting power through identical AC tunnels.These tunnels are thus turned into junction areas,interconnecting with multiple HVDC sending systems.Their existed regional security and stability control system strategies are no longer compatible with changed system operation characteristics and issues.Worse still,strategy actions might even introduce risks into operation.To solve such dilemma,this paper produces analysis on operation risk of junction areas of multiple HVDC sending system,proposing a method of region security and stability control system design for these areas according to operation issues.This method has been practically applied in security and stability control system transformation in Huangping area in Yunnan province.The design is proved to be effective for coping with operation risks and it is also suitable to be referred in security and stability control design projects for similar areas.
