摘要 为解决宁夏某纺织车间空调系统能耗高、调节时间长、控制参数难以调整等问题,采用工况自动选择、风窗智能开度控制对系统方案进行节能优化,采用专家PID算法对送风机和循环水泵的输出频率进行自适应调节,完成系统硬件设计和PLC梯形图编写。改造后的空调自控系统较好地实现了车间温湿度的稳定运行,并且节能效果明显。 In order to solve the air conditioning problems of one textile workshop in Ningxia like higher energy consumption,longer accommodation time,difficult to adjust the control parameters and so on,the controls like autoselection according to working condition and intelligent opening of air window were adopted for the energy saving optimization of system schemes.Expert PID algorithm was used to self-adaptively adjust the output frequency of force draft fan and circulating water pump and to complete the design of system hardware and writing of PLC ladder diagram.After modification,the auto-control system of air conditioning could well realize the stable running of temperature and humidity in workshop.And the energy saving effect is obvious.
