基于健康监测的斜拉桥恒载索力提取与评估 被引量:10

Extraction and evaluation of dead load cable forces in cable-stayed bridges based on structural health monitoring

摘要 为了研究斜拉桥的拉索状态和服役性能,提出了一种基于桥梁健康监测数据的恒载索力提取与评估方法.基于拉索加速度时程,采用变间距栅格法实现了拉索基准频率和索力的自动化识别,基于集合经验模态分解法和监测温度的频谱特性,剔除了车辆活载效应及季节温度效应以获得恒载索力特征值.结果表明:采用变间距栅格法可以快速获得拉索的索力,与人工巡检数据的互校融合有利于及时发现加速度传感器的异常问题;温度数据的峰值频率为11.64μHz,对应的周期为1 d,温度与索力存在较明显的线性关系,通过拟合函数可以有效剔除温度效应.所提方法获取的恒载索力特征值可以较为准确地反映拉索的受力状态和结构性能,为大跨度斜拉桥的有效评估提供了依据. To study the cable state and service performance of cable-stayed bridges,a method for extracting and evaluating the dead load cable force based on the bridge health monitoring data was proposed.Based on the cable acceleration time history,the variable spacing grid method was used to realize the automatic recognition of the cable reference frequency and the cable force.Based on the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)method and the spectrum characteristics of the monitored temperature,the live load effect and the seasonal temperature effect were eliminated and the characteristic value of the dead load cable force was obtained.The results show that the variable spacing grid method can be used to obtain the cable force rapidly and the intercalibration fusion with manual inspection data is beneficial for finding the abnormal problem of an acceleration sensor in time.The peak frequency of the temperature is 11.64μHz and the corresponding period is 1 d.There is an obvious linear relation between the temperature and the cable force,and the temperature effect can be effectively eliminated by a fitting function.The characteristic values of the dead load cable forces obtained by the proposed method can reflect the stress state and the structural performance of the cable more accurately,thus providing a basis for the effective evaluation of long-span cable-stayed bridges.
