摘要
科研院所成果转化是决定其竞争力的核心要素,在商品社会中,科研院所不但要用强大的科技创新能力,还必须通过成果转化带来的效益来提高在社会的竞争力,这样才能立于不败之地。而影响科技成果转化的因素极其复杂,同时受到外部环境和内部要素的制约。采取不同的转化模式是影响科技成果转化成功率的关键,同时影响科技成果转化的经济效益。因此,如何恰当的选择科技成果转化模式一直是学术界和企业深入研究和思考的方向。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in research institutes is the core to their competitiveness.In our commercial society,scientific research institutes should not only rely on their S&T innovation ability,but also improve their strength through the benefits brought by achievement transformation.However,the factors affecting the transformation of S&T achievements are extremely complex,which are restricted by external and internal conditions.Adopting different modes is the key to affect the success rate as well as the economic benefits of the transformation.Therefore,how to choose the appropriate transformation mode has always been the focus of in-depth research and reflection of academia and enterprises.
