摘要
根据井下现场带式输送机运行状况及实际需求,利用PLC对矿井带式输送机监控系统进行整体设计,该系统能够实时显示带式输送机运行状态并对故障情况及其位置进行预警,对提升井下运输环节的可靠性和自动化程度以及矿井安全高效生产具有积极意义。
According to the operating conditions and actual requirements of the underground belt conveyor,PLC is used to design the monitoring system of the mine belt conveyor.The system can display the transportation status of the belt conveyor in real time and provide early warning of the fault and its location,which has positive significance for improving the reliability and automation of underground transportation links and mine safe and efficient production.
