摘要
目的分析益胃消癌汤联合化疗对进展期胃癌患者疗效、不良反应及生存情况的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月兴化市戴南人民医院收治的66例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机列表将其分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组单纯采用化疗,研究组采用益胃消癌汤联合化疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及生存情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗后中医证候评分、红细胞计数水平、白细胞计数水平、血小板计数水平、血红蛋白水平、癌胚抗原指标和治疗后3年内的生存率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进展期胃癌的临床治疗中,通过益胃消癌汤与化疗对患者进行联合干预,有利于实现患者治疗效果的提升与优化。
Objective To analyze the effect of yiwei xiaoai decoction combined with chemotherapy on efficacy,toxic side effects and survival of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,66 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Dainan People's Hospital of Xinghua City were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,while the study group was treated with yiwei xiaoai decoction combined with chemotherapy.The efficacy,toxic side effects and survival of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score after treatment,red blood cell count level,white blood cell count level,platelet count level,hemoglobin level,carcinoembryonic antigen index,and survival rate within 3 years after treatment in the study group were all better in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of advanced gastric cancer,yiwei xiaoai decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve and optimize the treatment effect of patients.
