摘要
为研究饲料脂肪水平对草金鱼生长及形态特征的影响,选取初始体重为(85.53±2.75)g的健康草金鱼450尾,随机分为5组,分别投喂5个脂肪水平(3.43%、6.13%、9.15%、12.42%、15.04%)的饲料,分别标记为Z1~Z5。养殖60 d后测定其生长性能及形态特征参数指标。结果表明:随着饲料脂肪水平的提高,草金鱼增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率和肥满度均呈现先上升后降低的趋势,其中Z2组草金鱼增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率显著高于其他4组(P<0.05);Z2组和Z4组肥满度显著高于Z1组(P<0.05),且Z2组肥满度最高。而饲料系数随着饲料脂肪水平的升高呈现先降低后升高的趋势,其中Z2组和Z3组显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),且最小值出现在Z2组。以特定生长率和饲料系数为评定指标,草金鱼的脂肪需求量为8.44%~8.76%。不同饲料脂肪水平组草金鱼形态差异主要表现为躯干和头部的差异较大,Z3组(9.15%脂肪)符合草金鱼分级Ⅰ级标准。综上所述,建议草金鱼适宜饲料脂肪水平为8.76%~9.15%。
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid levels on growth performance and morphology of Carassius auratus red var.Four hundred and fifty healthy Carassius auratus red var[the initial body weight of(85.53±2.75)g]were randomly divided into five groups.The fish were fed with diets containing different levels of lipid(3.43%,6.13%,9.15%,12.42%,15.04%),labeled as Z1~Z5,respectively.After a 60-days feeding trial,growth performance and morphological characteristics of the fish were analyzed.The results showed that the weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),protein efficiency rate(PER)and condition facto(CF)of Carassius auratus red var increased firstly and then decreased(P<0.05)with the increase of dietary lipid levels.The WGR,SGR and PER of Carassius auratus red var in Z2 group were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05);Z2 group and Z4 group had higher CF than the Z1 group,and Z2 group had the highest CF.The feed conversion rate(FCR)decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of dietary lipid levels,and the FCR of Z2 group and Z3 group was significantly lower than the other three groups(P<0.05),and the minimum appears in group Z2.The SGR and FCR were used as indicators to determine the lipid requirement of Carassius auratus red var as 8.44%~8.76%.The differences in morphology of Carassius auratus red var in different groups of feed lipid levels were mainly different in the trunk and head,the Z3 group(9.15%lipid)met the first-class standard for Carassius auratus red var classification.In summary,it was recommended that the suitable dietary lipid level of Carassius auratus red var was 8.76%~9.15%.
