摘要
为了解决苏里格南区下古气井冬季运行期间频繁冻堵的问题,考虑在现有运行模式下通过调节井口针阀与站内针阀、两级控制压力,寻找压力与温度的最优参数点。经不同气井试验表明,通过调节井口压力,降低水合物形成的温度,使下游温度在水合物形成温度之上,可确保气井管线不冻堵,有效减小气井管线冻堵率,提高气井连续生产时间,减少人员解堵时间,降低甲醇消耗,进而提高产量贡献率,达到降本增效目的。
In order to solve the problem of frequent freezing and blocking during the winter operation of the lower ancient gas wells in the south of Sulige,the optimal parameter points of pressure and temperature are found by adjusting the needle valve at the wellhead and the needle valve in the station and controlling the pressure in two stages under the existing operation mode.Through the experiments of different gas wells,it is shown that adjusting the wellhead pressure to make the downstream temperature above the hydrate formation temperature can ensure that the gas well pipeline will not be frozen and blocked.By adjusting the wellhead pressure,the temperature of hydrate formation can be reduced to make the downstream temperature above the hydrate formation temperature and effectively reduce the frozen and blocked rate of gas well pipeline.
