早期肠内营养对急性肠破裂患者术后肠道功能及免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Early Enternal Nutrition on Postoperative Intestinal Function and Immuno-function of Patients with Acute Intestinal Disruption

摘要 为分析早期肠内营养对急性肠破裂患者术后肠道功能及免疫功能的影响,将急性肠破裂患者60例随机分为早期组(早期肠内营养干预)和延迟组(延迟肠内营养干预),每组30例,比较2组患者胃肠道功能及住院时间、营养状况、免疫功能及并发症情况。结果显示,早期组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间及住院时间均短于延迟组(P<0.05);早期组患者PA、ALB、TF水平均高于延迟组(P<0.05);早期组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值高于延迟组(P<0.05),CD8+值低于延迟组(P<0.05);早期组患者术后并发症发生率低于延迟组(P<0.05)。结果表明,早期肠内营养干预可提高急性肠破裂患者术后肠道功能及免疫功能,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。 This study was to investigate the influence of early enteric nutrition(EEN)on postoperative intestinal function and immuno-function of patients with acute internal disruption(AID),randomly divided60 AID patients into early group(30 cases,early enteric nutrition)and delayed group(30 cases,delayed entric nutrition);then,compared both groups’patients’gastrointestinal function,hospitalization time,nutrition situation,immuno-function,and complication status.As results,in the time for bowel sound recovered,for flatus from anus,for defecation,and for hospitalization;in the levels of PA,ALB and TF,in the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratio,in CD8+level,and in postoperative incidence of complication early group was respectively shorter,higher,higher,lower and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that EEN can enhance AID patients’postoperative intestinal function and immuno-function,shorten hospitalization time,and decline postoperative complication incidence.
