摘要
目的探讨针对老年结肠癌患者应用脐灸联合中药熏洗对其癌性疼痛的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2017年10月—2019年1月接受治疗的59例老年结肠癌患者分为对照组30例和观察组29例。对照组采取常规西医阿片类药物治疗,观察组在此基础上实施脐灸联合中药熏洗。对比2组治疗30 d后疼痛程度、阿片类药物使用量、恶心呕吐程度、便秘症状。结果观察组NRS评分与药物用量均较对照组低,恶心呕吐程度轻于对照组,便秘症状轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年结肠癌患者应用脐灸联合中药熏洗,能够有效减轻其癌性疼痛,降低阿片类药物的使用量,减少不良反应的发生,安全性更高。
Objective To explore the effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on improving cancer pain in elderly patients with colon cancer. Methods 59 elderly patients with colon cancer treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were divided into control group( 30 cases) and observation group( 29 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and opioids,and the observation group was treated with umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. The pain degree,opioid dosage,nausea and vomiting degree,constipation symptoms were compared between the two groups after 30 days. Results The NRS score and drug dosage of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the nausea and vomiting degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,the constipation symptom of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can effectively reduce cancer pain,reduce the use of opioids,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a higher safety.
