摘要
在城市化与大城市化的发展趋势下,探寻城市空间形态演化发展的规律与影响因素,推动大城市科学健康、可持续发展十分必要。国外大城市形态经历了从单中心集聚、到郊区化蔓延、再到圈层式扩张、最后形成多中心结构的演化过程;城市功能也从自然混杂、到功能分区、再转为功能综合化。国外城市形态演化过程的启示如下:一是在合理规划引导下,大城市与城市群更具集聚经济优势。二是交通运输是影响城市形态的关键因素,而基于大城市的人口密度与资源环境压力,轨道交通是优先选择。三是大城市中心与外围新城之间要协调分工,以推动城市有序、持续发展。
Under the development trend of urbanization and big urbanization,it is necessary to explore the law and influencing factors of the evolution and development of urban spatial form,so as to promote the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of big cities.The form of big cities in foreign countries has experienced the evolution process from single center agglomeration to suburbanization,then to circle expansion and finally to multi center structure;the urban function has also changed from natural mixing,to functional zoning,and then to functional integration.The Enlightenment of the evolution process of foreign urban morphology is as follows:firstly,under the guidance of reasonable planning,large cities and urban agglomerations have more advantages of agglomeration economy.Secondly,transportation is the key factor affecting the urban form,and rail transit is the preferred choice based on the population density and the pressure of resources and environment in big cities.Thirdly,it is necessary to coordinate the division of labor between the big city center and the peripheral new towns,so as to promote the orderly and sustainable development of the city.
