摘要
在铁路全面深化促进安全管理规范化的背景下,将管理问题作为铁路安全主要风险源的核心,将铁路干部履责的规范作为突破口,融合安全风险管控、工作标准执行、重点工作落实等信息,能够使铁路各级干部工作有计划、管控有责任、考评有依据,从而为铁路干部履责管理、安全管理落实、风险管控的规范提供借鉴。
Under the background of deepening the standardization of railway safety management in an all-round way,taking the management problem as the core of the main risk source of railway safety,making the standard of railway cadres'responsibility as the breakthrough point,realizing the design of freight railway cadre management information system,integrating the information of safety risk control,work standard implementation and key work implementation,can make the work of railway cadres at all levels planned,controlled and responsible,and have the basis for evaluation,thus providing the basis for the standardization of railway cadres'responsibility management,safety management implementation and risk control.
