摘要
为了对高校创新创业教育进行科学合理地评价,为其提供持续提高的途径,引入能力成熟度概念,构建了高校创新创业教育成熟度模型,对成熟度进行五个等级的划分与定义,并基于该模型建立了高校创新创业教育成熟度评价指标体系。而后应用层次分析法确定指标权重,应用物元可拓理论建立了评价模型。将该评价模型应用到某高校创新创业教育的评估,所得的评价结果与该高校实际相符,说明了评价模型有效合理。
In order to scientifically and rationally evaluate the innovation and entrepreneurship education of universities and provide them with a continuous improvement method,the concept of capability maturity is introduced,and the maturity model of university innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed.The maturity level is divided and defined based on five levels.This model establishes an index system for evaluating the maturity of university innovation and entrepreneurship education.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight,and the matter-element extension theory is used to establish an evaluation model.The evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in a university,and the evaluation results obtained are consistent with the actual situation of the university,indicating that the evaluation model is effective and reasonable.
