摘要
目的探究Q开关1064 nm激光联合微针导入治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及不良反应。方法以60例黄褐斑患者为对象,研究时间为2018年9月-2020年2月,分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例,对照组实施微针导入治疗,研究组实施Q开关1064 nm激光联合微针导入治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,统计学意义存在。研究组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:采用Q开关1064 nm激光联合微针导入治疗黄褐斑,不仅有效改善临床皮肤色斑症状,提高治疗总有效率,且不良反应发生少,安全性高,具有显著治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Q-switch 1064 nm laser combined with microneedle introduction in the treatment of chloasma.Method With 60 cases of chloasma as the object,The research period is from September 2018 to February 2020.Divided into reference group and research group,30 cases in each group,The reference group received microneedle therapy,The research group was treated with q-switched 1064 nm laser combined with microneedle introduction.Compare the therapeutic effects.Result The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05,Statistical significance exists.Compared with the reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group,P>0.05,There was no significant difference.Conclusion The q-switch 1064 nm laser combined with microneedle introduction was used to treat chloasma.Not only can effectively improve clinical skin stain symptoms,Improve that total effective rate of treatment,has less adverse reaction,high safety and remarkable treatment effect.
