摘要
主要阐述医保支付方式改革的新形势及此背景下的医疗管理优化策略,以及通过对医保支付制度改革整体的分析,提出积极响应政策、优化病种结构、多部门联动、加强临床路径、加强事后分析、强化病种管理等应对策略,促进医院医保管理工作持续改进,为医保支付方式的改革举措提供理论参考意见。
This paper mainly elaborates the current situations of medicare payment reforms and the optimal strategy of medical management. Through the overall analysis of the medicare payment reform,we put forward some countermeasures,such as active response to policies,optimization of disease structure,multi-sectoral linkage,clarified clinical pathway,elaborated ed post-mortem analysis,and strengthened disease management so as to promote the continuous improvement of hospital medicare management,and to provide theoretical reference for the medicare payment reform.
