摘要
水平轴风力机叶片的叶根与翼型之间的圆滑过渡曲面的建立是叶片函数化设计的关键环节之一,该文将叶根圆截面型线函数表示成翼型函数的形式,用半个周期的余弦曲线的两个端点连接不同位置参数的方法,建立了余弦曲线过渡法,并用该方法对圆函数和翼型函数的对应参数值进行圆滑过渡,建立了叶根圆柱与翼型之间的过渡曲面函数。研究示例显示,只需对8个相应参数(包括系数和指数)的不同取值进行圆滑过渡即可建立过渡曲面,而系数和指数的过渡函数均可以由简单的余弦函数表达。
Establishing the smooth transition surface between the blade root and the airfoil of the wind turbine blade with the horizontal axis plays an important role in the functional design of the blade.In this article,the profile function of the blade root’s circular section is expressed as the airfoil function.The cosine-curve transition method is adopted by connecting the two end points of the half-period cosine curve with different position parameters,and the transition-surface function between the root cylinder and the airfoil is worked out.This study shows that by means of smooth transition,the transitional surface can be set up for different values of the eight parameters(including the coefficient and the exponent),and the transition function of both the coefficient and the exponent can be expressed by a simple cosine function.
