摘要
蒸汽吹扫是一种在火电新建、改、扩建过程中常用的方法,保证系统投运后蒸汽的质量,防止阀门结合面的损坏,保护汽轮机蒸汽透平的叶片,防止杂物进入汽轮机,引起调速器故障或损坏汽轮机叶片等重大事故。某电厂供热改造项目实施过程中,由于管线过长,且用户为高速汽泵,对蒸汽品质要求很高,运行方式限制因素较多,给蒸汽吹扫带来一定难度。论述了蒸汽管道吹扫方案的设计及应用,详细介绍了超长蒸汽管道的吹扫过程,对同类型项目具有借鉴意义。
Steam purge is a commonly used method in the process of new construction,renovation and expansion of thermal power.It ensures the quality of the steam after the system is put into operation,prevents damage to the valve joint,protects the turbine blades of the steam turbine,and prevents debris from emtering the staem turbine,causing major accidents such as governor failure or damage to turbine blades.During the implementation of a heat supply renovation project of a power plant,because the pipeline is too long and the user is a high-speed steam pump,the quality of steam is required to be very high,and the operation mode is limited by many factors,which brings certain difficulty to steam purge.This paper introduces the purging process of super-long steam pipe in detail by discussing the design and application of the purging scheme of steam pipe.
