摘要
目的分析美托洛尔联合胺碘酮对冠心病合并心律失常患者心功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的150例冠心病合并心律失常患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,研究组联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的QTd、LVESD、LVEDD、APN水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的LF、HF、SDNN、SDNNI均大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合胺碘酮能有效改善冠心病合并心律失常患者的心功能和心律失常情况,提高患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of metoprolol combined with amiodarone on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone treatment,and the study group was combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the QTd,LVESD,LVEDD and APN level in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LF,HF,SDNN and SDNNI in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with amiodarone can effectively improve the heart function and arrhythmia of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,and is safe and effective.
