摘要
本文简要分析了食品常见微生物快速检测技术的优缺点、发展现状及未来的发展趋势,为进一步提高我国的食品安全提供一定的参考。
In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages,the present situation and the future development trend of some common rapid detection techniques of food microorganisms were briefly analyzed.
