维生素D缺乏与新生儿疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,对人体健康的作用不只局限于骨骼或钙磷代谢,其不仅对人体具有抗菌抗炎、免疫调节作用,而且参与了人体全身多种细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,影响着多个系统功能。维生素D缺乏是新生儿相关疾病的危险因素之一,与新生儿低钙血症、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、新生儿败血症、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤等多种新生儿疾病的发生发展相关,维生素D的缺乏已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。未来,深入阐明维生素D与新生儿疾病的关系,将为新生儿相关疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路。 Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin.Its effects on human health are not limited to bone or calcium and phosphorus metabolism.It not only has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects on human body,but also participates in the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of various cells in human body,affecting multiple system functions.Vitamin D deficiency is one of the risk factors for neonatal related diseases and is associated with the occurrence and development of many neonatal diseases including neonatal hypocalcemia,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,neonatal septicemia,and neonatal hypoxic ischemic brain damage.Vitamin D deficiency has become a global public health problem.In the future,to clarify the relationship between vitamin D and neonatal diseases will provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of the related diseases.
