摘要
胸外伤是一种较为严重的外科损伤类型,约占外伤患者死亡总数的25%以上,临床治疗难度较大,迫切需要提升临床诊断与治疗水平。近年来,腔镜技术迅速发展,极大地推动了胸外科微创手术发展,胸外伤的胸腔镜技术也进一步提升。电视胸腔镜是胸外伤微创治疗的代表技术,临床应用以来获得了广泛好评,但仍有深入分析临床诊疗情况及疗效,从而促进该术式进一步优化与完善的需求。为此,对电视胸腔镜在外胸外伤诊治中应用展开综述研究。
Thoracic trauma is a kind of severe surgical injury,which accounts for more than 25%of the total death of trauma patients.Clinical treatment is difficult,so it is urgent to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,the rapid development of endoscopic technology has greatly promoted the development of minimally invasive thoracic surgery,and the technology of thoracoscopy for thoracic trauma has also been further improved.Video-assisted thoracoscopy is the representative technology of minimally invasive treatment of thoracic trauma,which has been widely praised since its clinical application.However,it still has in-depth analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment situation and efficacy.
