Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Method:The clinical data of 82 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation methods, the patients were divided into the open group(n=32)and the closed group(n=50).The open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation was used in the open group;the closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation was used in the closed group.Recovery of elbow joint function, clinically relevant indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of recovery of elbow joint function of the closed group was 96.0%,which was higher than 75.0%of the open group;the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the closed group were all better than those in the open group;and the incidence of complications was 6.0%,which was lower than 28.13%in the open group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation is effective in the treatment of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus, reset to maintain exact, fixed firm, safe and effective.
