摘要
目的探究自拟利湿解毒退黄方中药直肠滴入治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年12月在本院就诊的轻微型肝性脑病患者66例,根据随机分配法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。所有患者均给予消除诱因,给予支链氨基酸及保肝降酶保肝、抗感染等基础治疗,静脉滴注门冬氨酸鸟氨酸,对照组给予食醋+0.9%氯化钠溶液灌肠,观察组给予自拟利湿解毒退黄方直肠滴入。观察两组患者治疗效果及生存质量变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生理健康、心理状态、社会关系、与周围环境的关系评分均高于治疗前和同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟利湿解毒退黄方中药直肠滴入治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床疗效理想,可有效改善临床症状,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed lishi-detoxification-tuihuang decoction by rectal drip in the treatment of mild and miniature hepatic encephalopathy.Methods 66 patients with mild and micro hepatic encephalopathy who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.All the patients were given basic treatment such as eliminating inducement,providing branch chain amino acid,protecting liver and lowering enzyme,protecting liver and fighting infection,intravenous infusion of nmda ornithine,control group was given food vinegar+normal saline enema,and observation group was given self-designed lishi-detoxification-tuihuang decoction rectal drip.The therapeutic effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%,higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical health,psychological status,social relationship and relationship with surrounding environment in the observation group after treatment were all higher than before treatment and control group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-designed l lishi-detoxification-tuihuang decoction in the treatment of mild and micro hepatic encephalopathy is ideal,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and can be popularized.
