摘要
目的:分析乳腺癌筛查使用超声光散射乳腺成像技术的临床应用效果。方法:从我院选取2018年6月—2020年6月期间于超声科就诊的743患者例为实验的研究对象,所有患者均行一般超声与超声光散射乳腺成像检查,对比临床检查结果。结果:(1)良恶性状况:743例患者的病理诊断结果中良性649例,恶性94例;一般超声检查中,良性660例,恶性83例;超声光散射乳腺成像检查中良性658例,恶性85例;(2)诊断结果:超声光散射乳腺成像诊断结果的各方面均优于一般超声检查方式(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:在乳腺癌筛查中使用超声光散射乳腺成像技术可提高诊断准确性,适用于临床使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of breast cancer screening using ultrasound light scattering breast imaging technology.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,743 patients in the ultrasound department were selected as the subjects of the study.All patients underwent general ultrasound and ultrasound light scattering mammography to compare the clinical examination results.Results(1)benign and malignant status:among 743 patients,649 were benign and 94 were malignant,660 were benign and 83 were malignant,658 were benign and 85 were malignant.(2)Results:all aspects of the results of ultrasound light scattering mammography were better than that of general ultrasound(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of ultrasound light scattering mammography in breast cancer screening can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and is suitable for clinical use.
