摘要
目的观察小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗未矫正高度近视并发白内障的临床效果。方法对我院未矫正高度近视并发白内障患者23例、35只眼行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,于术后1d、1周、1个月随访复查,观察视力、角膜内皮细胞计数,调查满意度,并对术后并发症进行分析。结果术后1个月33只眼(94.3%)视力好于术前。术后1周及1个月,患者的角膜内皮细胞密度及六角形细胞比例均较术前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。9只眼术后第1天发生角膜水肿、后弹力层皱褶,未见视网膜脱离及角膜内皮失代偿等严重并发症发生。23例患者中满意人数为18例,占78.3%。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗未矫正高度近视并发白内障效果良好,患者满意度高,值得基层医院开展。
Objective To observe the efficacy of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation for uncorrected high myopia with cataract.Methods A total of 23 patients(35 eyes)of uncorrected high myopia with cataract in our hospital received small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation.All patients were followed at the point of 1 day,1 week and 1 month after surgery.The visual acuity,the number of corneal endothelial cell were observed postoperatively,the satisfaction was investigated and the postoperative complications were analyzed.Results The visual acuity of 33 eyes(94.3%)was better than pre-operation at 1 month.The density of corneal endothelial cell and the proportion of hexagonal cell were significantly lower than pre-operation at 1 week and 1 month after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9 eyes appeared the corneal edema and descemet membrane folds on the first day after surgery,serious complications such as retinal detachment and corneal endothelial decompensation didn't happen.Among the 23 patients,18(78.3%)were satisfied.Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation has a good efficacy for uncorrected high myopia with cataract,and the patients are satisfied with it,which is worth promoting in the primary hospital.
