摘要
从调控小胶质细胞极化的相关信号通路、炎症因子表达、抗氧化应激、细胞凋亡及维生素D轴等方面,综述了中药调控小胶质细胞M1/M2型极化治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展。中药可通过调控NF-κB、Notch、MAPK、PPAR-γ、JAK/STAT、Shh等信号通路,促进小胶质细胞M2型极化,改善炎性反应,下调炎症因子的表达。中药可通过抑制小胶质细胞凋亡及自噬、抗氧化应激、调控mi R-155通路等机制干预阿尔茨海默病小胶质细胞极化从而发挥神经保护作用,延缓阿尔茨海默病进展。
This paper reviews the research progress of M1/M2 polarization of microglia in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease from the aspects of signal pathway,inflammatory factor expression,antioxidant stress,apoptosis and vitamin D axis.Traditional Chinese medicine can promote M2 polarization of microglia,improve inflammatory response and down regulate the expression of inflammatory factors by regulating NF-κB,Notch,MAPK,PPAR-γ,JAK/STAT and Shh.Traditional Chinese medicine can intervene the polarization of microglia in Alzheimer’s disease by inhibiting apoptosis and autophagy of microglia,anti-oxidation stress and regulating mi R-155 pathway,so as to play a neuroprotective role and delay the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
