摘要
目的:分析卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者使用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术、GnRH-a联合治疗的效果。方法:78例OEM患者为本院2017年2月~2019年11月收治,采用奇数偶数法分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用GnRH-a治疗,观察两组治疗前后的性激素水平、卵巢储备功能和治疗有效率。结果:两组治疗前激素水平、卵巢储备功能比较,P>0.05;观察组治疗后上述指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗有效率较对照组高,P<0.05。结论:对OEM患者使用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术、GnRH-a联合治疗疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a in OEM patients with ovarian cyst stripping.Methods:78 OEM patients were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to November 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group by odd-even number method.The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping,and the observation group was treated with GnRH-a on the basis of the control group.The sex hormone levels,ovarian reserve function and treatment efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:Comparison of hormone levels and ovarian reserve function before treatment between the two groups showed P>0.05.All the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision and GnRH-a combined treatment have a significant effect on OEM patients.
