摘要
当今我国民航产业面临转型升级的发展机遇,为进一步推动国家创新驱动发展战略与建设世界一流大学、一流学科的重大决策,高校要以科技创新优势服务好行业发展和“双一流”建设需要,但部分非“双一流”行业高校特色学科距离国家一流学科的标准还存在差距。通过对行业高校一流学科建设需求分析入手,以民航高校为例,提出科技成果转化服务国家战略助推一流学科建设的路径,构建从行业需求到特色学科方向凝练,以及对应的技术研发、系统集成、产品推广等成果转化到行业应用的全循环链条,力争获得国家级科技成果奖励的突破,提升学科评估位次,为冲击国家一流学科建设提供重要支撑。
Nowadays,China's civil aviation industry is facing the development opportunity of transformation and upgrading,To further promote the national innovation driven development strategy and build a world-class university,first-class discipline major decision-making,Colleges and universities should serve the needs of industry development and"double first class"construction with the advantages of scientific and technological innovation,However,there is still a gap between the characteristic disciplines of some non"double first-class"industries and the national first-class discipline standards.This paper starts with the demand analysis of the first-class discipline construction in industry colleges and universities,Take civil aviation universities as an example,This paper puts forward the path of scientific and technological achievements transformation serving the national strategy and boosting the construction of first-class disciplines,Build a concise direction from industry demand to characteristic discipline,and the corresponding technology research and development,system integration,product promotion and other achievements into the industry application complete cycle chain,Strive to obtain a breakthrough in the national science and technology achievement award,enhance the discipline evaluation rank,and provide support for the impact of national first-class discipline construction.
