摘要
水库汛期运行水位动态控制对于流域汛期防洪度汛具有重要的意义。年调节水库经常面临着水库汛期弃水而汛期后又缺水的矛盾。针对这一问题,以湖南省澧水流域江垭大型水库为例,从洪水预报、天气降雨以及水库预泄能力等方面分析了水库汛期运行水位采取动态调度控制的可行性,依据分析结果,确定动态调度控制方案,并对动态调度后的防洪、抗旱、供水以及发电等效益进行了分析。结果表明:水库分时段动态水位控制后,不但没有影响水库防洪作用,而且充分发挥了水库发电、抗旱、生态供水等综合效益。研究结果可为其他水库科学调度提供参考。
The dynamic control of operating water level of the reservoir in flood season is of great significance for basin flood control.For the annual regulation reservoir,it is often faced with the contradiction that the reservoir discards water in flood season and lacks water after flood season.To address this issue,taking a large reservoir of Jiangya in Lishui Basin of Hunan Province as an example,we analyzed the feasibility of adopting dynamic operation and control for the operating water level of reservoir in flood season from the aspects of the flood forecast,weather and rainfall as well as the pre-discharge capacity of the reservoir,and then determined the dynamic operation and control scheme,and analyzed the benefits of flood control,drought resistance,water supply and power generation under the dynamic control.The result showed that under the dynamic water level control of the reservoir in different periods,not only the flood control effect of the reservoir was not affected,but also comprehensive benefits such as the power generation,the drought resistance and the ecological water supply of the reservoir were brought into full play.The research results can provide a reference for the scientific operation of other reservoirs.
