摘要
目的探究慢阻肺患者采用多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对肺功能的影响。方法选取该院2018年8月—2019年7月收治的88例慢肺阻患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组仅采用多索茶碱治疗,观察组采用多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.724,P<0.05);观察组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC分别为(2.59±0.25)L、(2.58±0.35)L、(65.28±5.68)%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.321、8.563、12.258,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为9.09%,观察组为11.36%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论慢阻肺患者采用多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗利于进一步提高临床疗效,改善肺功能,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of doxofylline and tiotropium powder on lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic pulmonary obstruction admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group was treated with doxofylline only,and the observation group was treated with doxofylline,combined treatment of theophylline and tiotropium bromide powder,the clinical efficacy,lung function indicators before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.724,P<0.05);FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC after treatment in the observation group were(2.59±0.25)L and(2.58±0.35)L,(65.28±5.68)%,all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.321,8.563,12.258,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 9.09%,and the observation group was 11.36%.There was not statistically significant difference in comparison(χ^2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of doxofylline and tiotropium bromide powder in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can further improve the clinical efficacy,improve lung function,and has high safety.
