相控断路器电磁缓冲与分闸特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 相控断路器调试效率较低的原因之一是缺少电磁缓冲介入位置的理论参考指导,导致调试过程存在多次反复。文中首先分析了相控断路器用永磁机构线圈控制回路,结合分闸过程功率开关元件切换的特点,找出了控制电磁缓冲介入位置的参数。然后对机构在有无缓冲介入下,永磁机构电磁参数的变化情况进行了分析。通过仿真得出了运动部件电磁驱动力、线圈电流等参数。为研究电磁缓冲对分闸反弹、分闸速度的影响,将电磁驱动力仿真结果导入动力学计算软件Adams中,对不同缓冲介入状况下的机构分闸动态特性进行了仿真研究。结果表明,电磁缓冲介入越早,机构分闸反弹幅值越小,同时分闸速度也会越低。最后为了验证仿真结果预测的准确性,在40.5 kV三相相控断路器样机上进行了调试试验,试验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,证明该方法为永磁机构分闸机械特性的调试和试验工作提供了有效指导,可以提高调试工作效率。 One of the reasons of the low efficiency for debugging phase-controlled circuit breaker is the lack of theo-retical reference to the electromagnetic buffering position,which leads to repeated iterations in debugging process.The coil control loop is firstly analyzed in this paper for the permanent magnet mechanism.Combined with the charac-teristics of power switching component during the opening process we find out the parameters for controlling the elec-tromagnetic buffer intervention position.Then the electromagnetic parameters of the permanent magnet mechanism is analyzed under the condition of unbuffered and buffered by different positions.Through simulation,the electromag-netic driving force,coil current and other parameters are obtained.In order to study the influence of electromagnetic buffer on the rebound and opening speed,the simulation results of the electromagnetic driving force were introduced into the dynamic analysis software Adams,and the characteristics was simulated.The results show that the earlier the electromagnetic buffer is intervened,the smaller the rebound and the lower the opening speed.Finally,in order to ver-ify the correctness of the simulation results,test was carried out on the prototype of 40.5 kV three-phase phase-con-trolled circuit breaker.The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.It proves that the method provides effective guidance for debugging and testing of the mechanical characteristics of the permanent magnet mechanism.
