一种煤矿用本安型信息矿灯设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前矿井工作人员入井作业携带安全防护设备多(如人员定位卡、无线通信手机等)、系统维护工作量大、矿灯智能化程度低等问题,本文设计了一种新型多功能信息矿灯,将矿灯、便携式瓦检仪、人员定位卡、防爆通信手机、摄像、人体体征监测等模块融于一体,通过矿井3G/4G/WiFi等无线网络,实现以上监测数据的快速上传、统计、分析,既解决了井下监测设备的供电问题,又减少了下井必须携带的设备数量和各独立子系统的维护工作量;同时,通过该款矿灯的音视频功能,实现地面调度室与井下人员的可视化通话,尤其在矿井发生突发事件时,可以快速、直观的建立地面与井下现场的应急指挥系统,为指挥人员准确、高效的决策提供技术支持。 For the existing problems such as too many safety protection devices(such as personnel locator card,wireless mobile phone,etc.)for the workers going into mines,heavy workload in system maintenance,low intelligent level of miner lamp,etc.,this article designs a new multifunctional miner lamp which integrates the modules such as miner lamp,portable gas detector,personnel locator card,explosionproof mobile phone,camera,human physical signs monitor,etc.and can upload,count,and analyze the corresponding monitoring data quickly via the wireless networks such as 3 G/4 G/WiFi of coal mines,thus solving the power supply problem of the underground monitoring equipment and reducing the quantity of the devices necessary for going into mines and the heavy workload in different independent systems.Meantime,through the audio and video function,this miner lamp allows the visual communication between the overground control room and the underground personnel,thus establishing a quick and visual decision-making system for emergency control between the overgound and underground sites and providing technical support for the quick and efficient decision-making of the command crew in case of emergency.
