摘要
目前铁路隧道建设中遇到的高瓦斯隧道越来越多,瓦斯风险的评价和处治技术对瓦斯隧道的安全施工尤为重要。以唐家寨隧道出口段油气处治工程为例,通过地质调查探查分析唐家寨隧道出口段瓦斯地质条件,采用钻孔取芯和室内试验的方法测试油气参数,并进行瓦斯风险评价。依据瓦斯评价结果,从隧道开挖支护、施工措施和瓦斯检测3个方面制定了油气处治方案。评价结果表明:隧道油气来源于二叠系下统栖霞组灰岩夹炭质页岩地层中,为非煤系瓦斯隧道;出口段有害气体为含油含气的瓦斯气,气体中甲烷最高浓度10%,含有CO等有毒成分,隧道为高瓦斯隧道,无瓦斯突出危险性;采用隧道全封闭支护及全断面注浆封堵、加强通风和设备改造以及瓦斯监测和超限处理等处治方案,对隧道瓦斯进行处治和预防,实施效果良好,隧道顺利通过了油气段。
At present,more and more gas-rich tunnels are encountered in the construction of railway tunnels.The evaluation and treatment technology of gas risk is particularly important for the safe construction of gas tunnels.Taking oil and gas treatment project at the exit of Tangjiazhai Tunnel as an example,this paper analyzes the gas geological conditions of the tunnel by geological investigation.The oil and gas parameters are measured by drilling core and laboratory test to evaluate the gas risk.According to the gas assessment results,the oil and gas treatment plan is formulated from three aspects of tunnel excavation and support,construction measures and gas detection.The results of evaluation show that the oil and gas in the tunnel come from the limestone with carbonaceous shale in the lower Permian,and contribute to a non-coal gas tunnel;the harmful gas in the exit section is the combination of oil and gas,the highest concentration of methane in the gas is 10%,containing toxic components such as CO,and the tunnel is a high gas tunnel without the risk of gas outburst;the treatment and prevention of gas in the tunnel work well by adopting the treatment schemes such as full closed support,full section grouting and sealing,strengthening ventilation and equipment transformation,gas monitoring and over limit treatment,which guarantee successful tunneling through the oil and gas section successfully.
