摘要
近些年职业教育的快速发展,办学硬件设施日臻完善,方便师生实训上课的同时,给实训室管理人员带来繁重的资产统计管理工作。针对目前职业院校实训室资产管理存在的问题进行分析,提出将物联网感知层中RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术应用到实训室资产管理方面,并在资产设备的录入、转入、转出、统计和评估等子系统中加以创新性应用研究及详细说明。最终通过使用RFID技术的实训室资产管理方式与传统人工管理方式进行对比,最大程度降低实训管理人员的工作压力,并通过实际统计数据验证使用该技术资产管理系统的高效性、便捷性。
This paper analyzes the current problems of the current situation of asset management in the training room of vocational colleges,and proposes to apply the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)technology in the perception layer of the Internet of Things to the asset management of the training room,and in the input,transfer,and statistics of asset equipment Innovative research and detailed description in the evaluation and evaluation subsystem.Finally,by comparing the method of the asset management system of the training room with the traditional manual management method using RFID technology,the working pressure of the managers of the training room is reduced to the greatest extent,and the efficiency and convenience of the asset management system using this technology are further verified.
