摘要
为了解决传统自动化机房采用人工巡检存在错检和漏检等问题,提出了一种基于物联网的无人值守机房智能巡检管理新模式。引入物联网、云服务等新一代技术,通过设计无人值守机房的物联网系统,对智能巡检管理模式的总体架构进行了介绍,并重点阐述了无人值守自动化运行方案、智能巡检机器人以及智能巡检优化策略等关键技术的实现方法。智能巡检管理新模式的建立,有助于提升无人值守机房的管理水平,具有重大的实际工程应用价值。
In order to solve the problems of wrong inspection and missed inspection in traditional power plant room,this paper proposes a new intelligent inspection management mode of unattended machine room based on Internet of things.This paper introduces the Internet of things,cloud services and other new generation technologies,through the design of the Internet of things system of unattended machine room,introduces the overall architecture of intelligent inspection management mode,and focuses on the implementation methods of key technologies such as unattended automatic operation scheme,intelligent inspection robot and intelligent patrol optimization strategy.The establishment of the new intelligent inspection management mode is helpful to improve the management level of unattended machine room,and has great practical application value.
