摘要
目的了解北京某高校教职工血尿酸(UA)水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)检出情况,为预防HUA提供依据。方法对2014年和2016年在本院进行体检的教职工血尿酸及有关指标进行分析。结果本校教职工各年龄组2016年血尿酸水平均高于2014年(P<0.05),其中老年组血尿酸水平高于中年组、青年组(P<0.05)。老年组2014年、2016年HUA检出率分别为11.21%、14.08%,中年组分别为7.48%、11.56%,青年组分别为5.35%、9.36%,3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组血糖、肌酐、血脂等指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人HUA患病率较高,但青中年人群HUA患病率增长较快,应加强中青年人群健康教育,尽早进行生活方式干预,降低HUA患病率,有利于多种慢性病的预防和控制。
Objective To understand the blood uric acid(UA) level and the prevalence of high uric acid(HUA) inthe staff of a university in Beijing, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention of HUA.Methods The bloodUA levels and related indexes of the staff that underwent the physical examinations in a hospital from 2014 to 2016 were con-tinuously and dynamically analyzed retrospectively.Results In 2016, the UA levels in all age groups were higher thanthose in 2014(P<0.05), and the UA level in the older-age group was higher than that in the middle-age group and younggroup(P<0.05). The prevalence rates of HUA in the older-age group were 11.21% in 2014 and 14.08% in 2016 retrospective-ly, while the rates of HUA were 7.48% and 11.56% in the mid-age group, 5.35% and 9.36% in the young group in 2014 and2016 respectively and there was a significant difference among the three age groups(P<0.05). In addition, the indexes ofblood glucose, creatinine, and blood fat levels were significantly different among the different age groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of HUA in the odd-age group is higher, but the prevalence increases fast in the middle-age andyoung people. Therefore, the health education should be given to young people as earlier as possible to reduce the prevalenceof HUA, which will be benefit for prevention and control of chronic diseases.
