摘要
柔性配电技术(distribution flexible AC transmission system,DFACTS)装置作为配电网电能质量治理装置,在配电网中大量配置使用。有研究指出DFACTS装置在运行时会相互之间产生负交互影响,这种影响会导致装置的失效或系统失稳等问题。在考虑配电网安装DFACTS装置的经济性、安全性、可靠性的基础上,还将DFACTS装置之间的稳定性运行目标,即减少DFACTS之间的负交互影响能力,加入优化配置的约束条件中,建立优化配置数学模型,即一个非线性规划问题。利用非支配快速遗传算法对该优化配置数学模型进行求解,对配电网中安装电能质量治理装置进行优化配置。
DFACTS is mainly used in the distribution network to address the power quality problems that occur in the distribution network.Some studies have pointed out that DFACTS devices have negative interactions with each other during operation*and such effects can cause problems such as device failure or system instability.Based on the economics,safety,and reliability of DFACTS devices,this paper also adds the stability operation goal of DFACTS devices,that is.the ability to reduce the negative interaction between DFACTS devices is added to the constraints of optimal configuration,and then establishes a mathematical model for optimal allocation,a non-linear programming problem.The NSGA-Ⅱ is used to solve the mathematical model of the optimal configuration to ensure the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
