摘要
阐述了近五年来电子鼻在肉类制品、酒类、粮油、调味料等轻工业中有代表性的最新应用与发展趋势,并指出了电子鼻技术在实际应用过程中所要解决的问题。
The latest applications and development trend of electronic nose in the meat products,wine,grain oil,and seasonings during the last five years were summarized,and the problems to be solved in the practical application of electronic nose technology were also revealed.
