摘要
在冰雪体育旅游产业不断由无序的“被组织”发展转向有序的“自组织”发展背景下,基于耗散结构理论,从复杂系统角度探讨冰雪体育旅游产业发展过程中的主要路径。研究发现,冰雪体育旅游产业具备形成耗散结构所需的开放性、远离平衡态、非线性作用和涨落机制的特征,而涨落动力不足是冰雪体育旅游产业自组织发展中亟需解决的问题。为解决当前冰雪体育旅游内外部环境中存在的诸多问题,提出提高社会主体合作,优化发展环境,整合冰雪体育旅游产业链促进系统集聚化发展等自组织发展路径,以促进冰雪体育旅游产业健康有序发展。
Under the background that the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry is changing from disordered "organized" development to orderly "self-organized" development, the main paths in the development process of ice and snow sports tourism industry are discussed from the perspective of complex system based on the theory of dissipative structure. It is found that the snow and ice sports tourism industry has the characteristics of openness, far from equilibrium, nonlinear action and fluctuation mechanism needed to form the dissipative structure, and the lack of fluctuation dynamics is an urgent problem to be solved in the self-organization development of the snow and ice sports tourism industry. Based on this, in order to solve many problems existing in the current internal and external environment of ice and snow sports tourism, this study proposes the path of selforganization development and provides reasonable Suggestions to promote its healthy and orderly development.
