摘要
公安信息网络是公安网络信息体系的基础支撑,也是智慧警务建设的必要条件,通过广域覆盖、随遇接入的网络,实现多维空间中各类公安要素、公安系统、公安人员、公民群众的广泛互联。按照"实用高效、区域明晰"的原则,通过建设安全交换平台、单向光闸等方式,构建公安信息网络"一张网",实现各类通信网络之间信息资源的互联互通和业务协同。搭建物联感知采集网,实现数据智能采集;集成融合现有专用和公共通信网络,综合利用有线、无线通信资源,实现各类信息系统和指挥、行动力量的接入与互联;建立网络和通信安全系统,为信息共享、任务协同提供端到端的安全通信服务保障。公安信息网络物联、融合与安全设计经某省会城市公安部门实践证明能够实现信息基于网络共享、力量基于网络聚合、行动基于网络协同,支撑形成精确、快速、高效的指挥行动能力。
The public security information network is the basic support of the public security network information system of systems,and also the necessary condition for the construction of smart policing.Through the wide area coverage and random-access network,it can realize the extensive interconnection of various public security elements,system,personnel and citizens in multi-dimensional space.According to the principle of"practical and efficient,clear area",through the construction of security exchange platform and one-way light gate,the public security information network is constructed to realize the interconnection of information resources and business cooperation among various communication networks.It is feasible to build the internet of things(IoT)sensing acquisition network to realize intelligent data acquisition.It is feasible to converge the existing private and public communication networks,and to comprehensively utilize the wired and wireless communication resources to realize the access and interconnection of various information systems,command and action forces.It is feasible to establish network and communication security system to provide end-to-end communication service guarantee for information sharing and task coordination.The design of public security information network IoT,convergence,and security has been proved by the public security department of a provincial capital city practice that it can realize information sharing,strength aggregation,and action coordination based on network,thus supporting the formation of accurate,fast and efficient command and action ability.
