摘要
针对低含油污水的特点,选用合适的复合絮凝剂,将隔油、混凝、气浮、过滤及膜分离工艺进行组合,并结合强氧化装置,有效提高了低含油污水的处理效率。经该工艺处理后的水,COD去除率为98.29%,透光率可达99%,悬浮物去除率为98%,含油量去除率为75%,氨氮去除率为98.8%,BOD去除率为99.2%,达到GB 8979−1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准要求,可进行循环利用。
In consideration of the characteristics of low oily wastewater,by selecting suitable composite flocculent,oil separation,coagulation,air flotation,filtration and membrane separation were composed,and combined with strong oxidation device,the efficiency of low oil wastewater treatment was effectively improved.The treated water could be reused in recycled water system,the removal rate of COD was 98.29%,the transmittance rate was 99%,the removal rate of SS and oily and ammonia nitrogen and BOD were 98%and 75%and 98.8%and 99.2%,respectively.The effluent of the treated water met the level I standard requirements of“Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8979-1996)”.
