摘要
帕金森病(parkinson disease,PD)是一种慢性进行性中枢神经系统退行性疾病,目前尚无根治方法。用中药治疗PD一直是研究热点,中药复方、单味中药的实验研究正逐渐深入。通过查阅文献资料,对近年来中药治疗PD的一些实验研究进行整理总结,主要从神经保护性治疗、多巴胺受体、抗胆碱能作用、神经干细胞移植等方面进行论述。
Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system,which currently can not be cured.The treatment of PD with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has always been a hot research and the experimental study of compound and single Chinese herbs is gradually deepening.This article,through consulting literature materials,compiled some experiments of PD mainly from neuroprotective therapy,dopamine receptor,anticholinergic activity,neural stem cells transplantation,etc.
