铁路隧道桁架式大净空新型衬砌台车研制 被引量:5

Development of a New Type of Truss Type Large Clearance Lining Trolley for Railway Tunnel

摘要 研究目的:目前铁路隧道衬砌质量问题仍比较突出,主要表现在6个方面:衬砌背后空洞、衬砌不密实、衬砌厚度不足、衬砌开裂、衬砌施工缝裂损、衬砌渗漏水。据不完全统计,铁路隧道衬砌质量缺陷病害约占所有病害的62%。为提高铁路隧道衬砌质量水平,通过研究传统门架式衬砌台车和无门架式衬砌台车的设计原理及性能特点,本文主要介绍研制的桁架式大净空新型衬砌台车的结构组成及应用效果。研究结论:(1)新型衬砌台车采用桁架式结构,整体刚度和支撑稳定性明显提高,系统刚度增加了35%,支撑稳定性提高了40%,支撑难度降低了50%;(2)新型衬砌台车通车净空增大了55%,通风空间提升了65%;(3)新型衬砌台车减少作业人员4名,衬砌施工效率提高了35%;(4)新型衬砌台车周转使用率高达70%,与传统门架式台车相比,周转使用率提高了40%,极大程度地降低了综合成本;(5)本研究成果可在隧道衬砌施工中推广应用。 Research purposes: At present,the quality problems of the railway tunnel lining are still prominent,mainly in six aspects: the cavity behind the lining,the uncompacted lining,the insufficient lining thickness,the cracking of the lining,the crack of the lining construction joint,and the leakage of the lining. According to incomplete statistics,the quality defects of railway tunnel lining account for 62% of all the defects. In order to improve the quality of railway tunnel lining,a new type of truss type large clearance lining trolley is developed by studying the design principle and performance characteristics of traditional gantry type lining trolley and non gantry type lining trolley.Research conclusions:( 1) The new lining trolley adopts truss structure,which improves the overall rigidity and support stability. The rigidity of the system is increased by 35%,the stability of the support is increased by 40%,and the difficulty of the support is reduced by 50%.( 2) The traffic clearance of the new lining trolley is increased by 55%,and the ventilation space is increased by 65%.( 3) The new lining trolley reduces 4 operators and improves the lining construction efficiency by 35%.( 4) The turnover rate of the new lining trolley is as high as 70%. Compared with the traditional gantry trolley,the turnover rate is increased by 40%,which greatly reduces the comprehensive cost.( 5) The research results can be widely used in tunnel lining construction.
